Services


Lydia Solutions (hereinafter referred to as "Lydia") is a simplified joint stock company registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 534 479 589 with a capital of €1,590,731 and established at 14 avenue de l'Opéra 75001 Paris. Lydia is registered with the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (hereinafter referred to as "ACPR") established at 4 Place de Budapest - 75436 Paris Cedex 09, under the identifier REGAFI N°62677.

Lydia is a mobile application allowing its individual customers to benefit from payment services.

Within the framework of its activities, Lydia is mandated, as a Payment Service Provider Agent (known as "PSP Agent"), as defined in Articles L.523-1 et seq. of the French Monetary and Financial Code, by four Partners:

For the management of electronic money and payment accounts, the execution of payment transactions and the provision of payment cards: OKALI, an electronic money institution, approved by the ACPR under the identifier REGAFI n°91091 and the CIB bank code n°17448, whose registered office is located at 15 rue Laborde, 75008 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under n°890 111 890 (hereinafter referred to as the "PSP") ;
For the provision of payment initiation and account information services: Budget Insight, a payment institution approved by the ACPR (REGAFI identifier n°73921, CIB bank code n°16948), whose registered office is located at 86 rue de Paris, 91400 Orsay, and registered with the Paris RCS under n°749 867 2006 ;
For the provision of payment cards, IBANs and associated account management and payment operations: Treezor SAS, an electronic money institution approved by the ACPR (REGAFI identifier no. 63512, CIB bank code no. 16798), whose registered office is located at 41 rue de Prony, 75017 Paris, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under no. 807 465 059.
For the provision of payment initiation and account information services: TINK AB, a payment institution authorised by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen, CIB bank code no. 44059) and whose registered office is located at Vasagatan, 11, 11120 Stockholm and registered in the EBR (European Business Register) under no. 5568982192.
This authorisation allows it to carry out, on a regular basis with all natural or legal persons in France and abroad, and in accordance with the authorisation it has received, all operations relating to the management of means of payment, in particular payment accounts, and more particularly to ensure the issue and control of the circulation of monetary amounts linked to the operation of payment accounts.

Lydia Solutions is also registered with the Organisme pour le Registre Unique des Intermédiaires en Assurance, banque et finance (ORIAS) under n°18007465 as :

Intermediary in participative financing (IFP) for donation operations;
Non-exclusive Agent in Banking Operations and Payment Services (MOBSP) for the company FLOA (registration no. 434130423, SIREN no. 07028160) and the company Younited Credit (registration no. 11061269, SIREN no. 517586376) for the provision of the "Small Express Loan" offer (payment facility/consumer credit);
Insurance intermediary agent for Younited Credit (registration no. 11061269, SIREN no. 517586376) for the provision of the "Small Express Loan" offer.
Insurance agent for CNP Caution (SIREN N°383024098);
Banking and payment services intermediary agent (MIOBSP) for CASHBEE (registration no. 838801058, SIREN no. 19002094) for the provision of the My Money Bank interest-bearing savings account.
The present legal notice may be modified and/or adapted at any time, without prior notice, by Lydia according to the evolution of its legal status.

Lydia invites its Individual Customers to consult them regularly.

Lydia Solutions is the publisher of the websites www.lydia-app.com and www.cagnotte.me, of the mobile applications Lydia and Lydia Pro, which allow money transfers between individuals or between individuals and professionals. Lydia Solutions also creates, manages and distributes marketing offers for Lydia professional users to Lydia private users.

Hosting


Lydia's websites and web services are hosted by the company Octopuce, 29 rue Merlin 75011 Paris, France.

Privacy policy


In the course of its activities, Lydia may collect and process sensitive personal data from its users. The confidentiality of such data is of utmost importance to Lydia. The purpose of this privacy policy is to help you understand how Lydia handles the personal data provided to it.

Collection of personal data


Lydia collects information when users use its services (subscribe, log in/out, perform an operation, visit a page).

The information collected is transmitted by you to our services and includes your name(s), first name(s), personal and bank details, identification credentials, transactions performed.

In addition, we automatically receive and record information from the hardware used to connect you to our services when available (such as IP address, hardware ID, operating system).

Use of Information Collected


Any information we collect from you may be used to:

  • Provide the service(s) to which you have subscribed (performing transactions, accessing and managing your account)
  • Personalise your experience and meet your individual needs
  • Allow our users to know who in their contacts use our services and how often
  • To improve our services
  • To meet legal obligations
  • To detect fraudulent or abusive use or use that is contrary to our terms and conditions

Confidentiality of collected data


Lydia Solutions is the sole owner of the data collected. Your personal data will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to another company for any reason, without your consent, other than what is necessary to fulfill an operational request, such as completing a transaction.

This does not include trusted third parties who enable us to carry out our business (e.g. legislator, banking partner, hosting provider) as long as these parties agree to keep this information confidential.

Protection of information


The security of your personal data is protected by encryption and access codes.

Only employees who need to perform a specific job such as sales or customer support have access to some of your personally identifiable information. The servers used to store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Consent


By using our services, you consent to our privacy policy.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act, you may at any time revoke your consent to our privacy policy or exercise your right to access and rectify your personal data by contacting us at contact@lydia-app.com.

Retention of personal data


We retain your personal information for the duration of the business relationship and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise required by law.
