Pricing & Limits - 02-04-2024

Incident fees:
- Beyond 2 rejected direct debits per month, each additional rejection is charged €5
- Beyond 5 rejected Lydia card payments per month, each additional rejection is charged €0.50

Other exceptional fees:
- 2.5% commission - regardless of the user’s plan - on funds collected via card payment request forms
- €30 handling fee per disputed Lydia Card transaction, beyond 10 request per year
- €20 handling fee per unpaid credit card transaction
- €99 handling fee in case of irregular use of Lydia Services which contravenes to T&Cs
- €100 fee per account attachement (within the limit of balances available on all user-held accounts)
- 10% of the amount owed to the Trésor Public (National Treasury), up to €100 per administrative operation (within the limit of available balances on all user-held accounts)
- Up to €30 per year, if the account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months, under the Eckert law (within the limit of available balances on all user-held accounts)
- 2.9% commission - regardless of the user's plan - on funds collected via the Cagnotte.me service (service now closed)

Other charges may apply in the event of abnormal use (see article 14 of the T&Cs).

No more than 4 physical cards can be ordered in a given month.

(1) "Top-ups via bank card" refer to topping up an account or a money pot using a linked external bank card. Max. 50 bank card top-ups (or €2,000) per month
(2) Max. 50 ATM withdrawals per month.
(3) Max. €2,000 worth of ATM withdrawals per month for Standard, Lydia+, and Lydia Green+ users. €5,000 for Lydia Black+ users.

Wherever fees apply, the minimum amount is €0.10, except for ATM withdrawals for which minimum fee is €1.
Only the transaction or the part that exceeds the limit is charged.
If a transaction exceeds multiple limits, only the limit with the highest fee applies.

User who have not verified their identity may be subject to additional or tighter limits. As such, Lydia is required to verify the user's identity if one of the following conditions is fulfilled:
- Maximum amount of money received on a Lydia account over 30 consecutive days: €150
- Maximum amount of payments made with a Lydia account over 30 consecutive days: €150
- Cumulative amount of money received on the Lydia account since its creation: €1,000
- Maximum purchase amount (good or service): €50
- Maximum outgoing transfer: €50
- Cumulative amount of outgoing transfers since the creation of the Lydia account: €150
- Lydia account opened more than 12 months ago.

Security and compliance limits may also be implemented to prevent misuse and/or illegal use of the Lydia Services.

(4) Features including but not limited to: envelopes for budgets, weekly and monthly spending widget, device lock screen and home screen widgets, adding receipts to transactions.
